A NEW LOCATION
Coordinate the new location, builder or fundraising/purchase of physical library, installation, ongoing maintenance and necessary approvals associated. Once library installed, Lead will coordinate Library Stewards, request additional volunteers when necessary, request additional books from book bank when necessary, and request assistance with physical maintenance or repairs as needed.

Currently there are adequate adult books to meet the needs of the installed libraries; however, children’s book tend to regularly be needed. The coordinator could work towards establishing a source(s) of donated children’s books for the program’s use. Examples of sources to research/coordinate: Local libraries, “Friends of…” local library groups, thrift stores, book stores, etc.
EVENT COORDINATOR
This volunteer could research, coordinate and gain appropriate approvals for library/literature/book related events in the community. Example events: book swaps, story time, children’s book club, book related children’s craft club, etc.
